What’s Included in the Program?
On-Site Consultation and Free Quote
We start with a full inspection of your grounds:

Weed Spraying (Pre-Treatment)
Weeds are addressed before mechanical work begins using a professional, targeted spray treatment. This includes control of:
- Bindii
- Clover
- Sedge
We use a 3-metre wide Toro shrouded boom sprayer for safe, accurate application — and perform this treatment during holidays or weekends to eliminate risk to students.
Mechanical Core Aeration
Using a Toro stand-on core aerator, we remove soil plugs up to 125mm deep. This:
- Breaks up compacted soil
- Improves drainage
- Increases air and nutrient penetration
- Encourages stronger root growth and healthier turf
Aeration is particularly critical for sports ovals, playgrounds, and other high-traffic areas that become hard-packed and unresponsive.
Top Dressing
We apply a high-quality nutrient-rich top dressing containing humus and organics to:

Liquid Fertiliser & Soil Conditioner
Finally, we apply a premium blend of:

- Wetting agent – to ensure better moisture penetration
- Soil conditioner – to break down compaction and boost microbial health
